How about pursuing M.Sc in Bioinformatics after B.Sc in Computer Science?

I have done B.Sc in Computer Science. So, now can I join M.Sc in Bioinformatics? Which other Master's options are available for me apart from Bioinformatics? Or, should I continue my M.Sc in Computer Science only?
