As per the present guidelines of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, candidates willing to pursue chartered accountancy course has to qualify the common proficiency test irrespective of the qualification. Exemption from the Common Proficiency Test for graduates has been proposed but it hasn't been approved by the union government yet.
So, it is not possible to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) without qualifying the Common Proficiency Test.

You have not mentioned about your educational qualifications. CPT is an entry level test in CA course. You can directly apply for IPCC level exam only if you are a graduate. Graduates are given exemption from attending CPT exam. If you qualify in IPCC, you should attend article ship training for 3 years. Only after successful completion of Article ship training, you can attend the final course in CA.

YOU will be able to get direct admission in the IPCC stage of the CA programme.

Candidates who have scored more than 55% marks in the B.COM will get exemption from the CPT stage of the CA programme

Also candidates needs to study atleast 3 papers from the below list of papers.
Accounting,
Auditing,
Mercantile Laws,
Corporate Laws,
Economics,
Management including Financial Management,
Taxation including Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws etc.,
Costing,
Business Administration,
Management Accounting
