Because it doesn't affect your career if you are willing to work hard. Don't let it stress your life and just study hard, and pass the exams the next time.

No, it is not possible to complete third year of B.Com degree course after a gap of 25 years after completion of second year of B.Com degree course as the maximum duration allowed for completion of any bachelor degree course is five years or six years in case of any university.

Having left your B.Com degree course after completion of second year 25 years ago, you are not eligible to rejoin the same course now straightaway from the third year, as the maximum duration allowed for completing B.Com degree course in Mumbai University is 5 years only.

In case you are interested to pursue B.Com degree, you need to start from the very first year all again.
