I think your query is regarding the income tax department rather than indirect tax.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for SSC CGL examination after CA to get recruitment as government jobs.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed graduation degree or its equivalent degree from any recognised university. The age limit to appear for examination is 18-27 years.
