i have just completed my graduation in a/c Hons. and i want to become professionalist in bank. so plase give me suggestions that how Iwill prepare ??

The best bank PO(Probationary Officer) exam in India is IBPS common written examination. IBPS conducting this exam under 19 banking sectors.

SIR/MADAM..You must completed graduation...buy some bank exam books and aptitude book..prepare well and see to website news paper UPSC and all banks announced po job vacancies..you apply the job and written the exam....

If you want the PO job in banks then I will recommend you to apply for the IBPS Bank PO entrance exam.

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Services. It is a 40 years old organization which conducted Bank PO as well Clerical exam. There are 20 Public Sector banks that participates in the entrance exams conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services. The list of banks is following:-

The IBPS Bank PO is conducted only once a year. Unfortunately you can not appear for it this year but certainly in the next year. However you should meet the following requirements that I have mentioned.


IBPS Bank PO Eligibility

1. Valid graduation degree from a recognized college.

2. Marks should be 60 percent or more.

3. SC/ST must have 55 percent marks.

4. You should also have diploma/degree in Computers.

5. Else Computer Science/IT subject should be taken in 12th/graduation.

6. Or you can apply if completed minimum of 6 months duration of Certificate in Computers.

7. The age limit is 20 to 28 years.

8. Age limit for OBC is 20 to 31 years.

9. The relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST

10. and 10 years for person with disability.

The new eligibility criteria is ridiculous. 60% in graduation? IMO it's too much to ask for, even CAT asks for no more than 50%. It's high time the authorities reconsidered the decision. In courses like Eng H, it's very difficult to score 60. So that way, we would be neglecting the intellectual cream who we dearly want in our banking sector.

For becoming a bank PO in India you have to crack examination which is conducted by IBPS and SBI.

IBPS conducts exam for 21 Public Sector banks in India except SBI which conducts their own exam.

So if you want to become a bank PO then be prepared for these examinations because the competition is very high in these exams due to its popularity among students.

Educational Requirements for Bank PO:

You should be a Graduate in stream from a recognized University. There isn't any criteria for percentage of marks in Graduation. So if you have degree then apply for this exam without worrying about the Graduation marks.

Age Limit for Bank PO Exam:

For normal General category candidate the age limit is 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation can be availed if you belong to reserved category.

SC/ST : 5 years relaxation

OBC : 3 years relaxation

PWD : 10 years relaxation

Exam Pattern:

Written exam will be objective type and there will be questions from following sections.

-General Awareness

-Quantitative Aptitude

-Reasoning Aptitude

-Computers

-English Language skills

There will be 0.25 negative mark for every wrong answer and 1 mark for correct answer.Exam duration will be 2 hours and 200 questions will be asked.

If you qualify the written with required cut off marks then you will be called for interview.

The merit will be based in the marks in written and interview.
