Yes , 12th standard candidate can apply for CBI exam for constable post .

For this post , You should qualified in 12th board Examination in any discipline from recognized board or Equivalent examination .Your age should be in between 20 to 27 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

The Examination Question paper pattern : -

Part I - Written Examination carrying (400 marks )

Part II - Personality Test (100 marks)

Physical Requirements :-

Height

For men -165cms.
For women -150cms
Height relax able for Hillsmen and Tribals: 5cms
