I have completed my M.Phil degree in Education in the year 2010 in January from but by I have not received my certificate as of now. I did from centre Assam Institute of Advance Study, Ulubaria, Guwahati. Please, help.

You need to contact the concerned institute from where you completed the M.Phil qualification. Normally, colleges or institutions provide such documents to students after completing the course. You can also contact the concerned university if the college is unable to provide it.

There is a procedure to clear your dues at the college and get all the certificates after completion of the course. If you have done everything and still haven't got your documents then you have to contact the university for such documents.
