study slowly and understand any English daily paper,any book or navel.
try to speak in English with friends,relatives,ok.
participate in CRT programs,seminars,debets,etc cultural activities.

There are various ways through which you can help yourself towards the improvement of your English communication.

Read the Newspapers,Magazines or even story book or Novels which interests you the most.

Watch the English news as it will help you a lot or even English movies with subtitles.

But the most important thing is you must have conversation in English as much you can.It will be the biggest help for you to improve your English communication.

You can take help of some dictionary which will make you things understand better.

Joining some English speaking course will be an added advantage as there you will always get a chance to conversate in English.

Remember,initially you might be not that correct in your grammars,your pronunciation might be wrong but do not worry about these things,gradually you will get it right.

Speak yourself in English,even i try these technique and its very helpful.

If you really work hard and follow these things,you will improve your English communication skills which is very important in today's life of fierce competition.
