If your interested to join in Indian Army academy then you should apply for the Examination like ,

>>> Combined Defence Academy

NDA ie :- national Defence academy . The Examination is conducted by UPSC for every twice in year . NDA Examination conducted examination to join in following wings namely ,

>>> Navy academy

CDS ie :- Combined Defence Service . The Examination is conducted by UPSC for every twice in year . CDS examination having four wings namely ,

>>> Airforce Academy

>>> Officer Training academy

Qualification for CDS Examination { Navy Academy } :-

>>> You should be complete your graduation in any discipline from recognized university .

>>> Your age should be 19 years to 24 years .

>>> You should be physically as well as mentally fit of the training academy of CDS .

How can I join the Indian Army School?

Dear friend,
To join the Indian Army School you should qualified the National defence Academy (NDA) exam which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.
If you qualified the examination then you can join the following wings :

• Army academy
• Navy academy
• Airforce Academy
• Officer Training academy

Qualification for NDA

• You should pass 10+2 with PCM
• AGE- 16.5 to 19 years
• Nationality -Indian
• Gender-Only unmarried Male candidates are allowed

More Information Regarding NDA

• Since this exam is conducted by UPSC ,so the notification and advertisement are published in the official website of upsc that is http://www.upsc.gov.in and the Employement news so keep visiting this site and read Employement News daily.
• The exam is conducted twice a year with Name NDA-I and NDA-II

If you want join in Indian Army through NDA, CDA and UES.These Exams are conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).

There is age relaxation for SC/ ST/OBC category but NDA Exam there is relaxation for age.

National Defence Academy (NDA):

Qualification: The candidate must have to complete the graduation from a recognized University.

Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian.

Marital status: Unmarried male person.

Age Limit: - 16.5 to 19 years.

Combined Defence Service (CDA) Examination:

Qualification: The candidate must have to complete the graduation from a recognized university.

Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian.

Marital status: Unmarried male person.

Age Limit: - 19 to 23 years.

University Entry Scheme (UES) Examination:

Qualification: The candidate must have to complete the graduation from a recognized university.

Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian.

Marital status: Unmarried male person.

Age Limit: - 18 to 28 years.

The NDA I Examination 2012 date is already published, so you can apply for this exam.

The important dates for NDA I Examination 2012:

Date of notification: 31-12-2011

Last date of receipt of form: 30-01-2012(Monday)

Date of exam: 15-04-2012(Sunday)

For joining the Army School, you need to be dependent/ward of Army personnel/defence personnel. You can get admission if your father is posted in the same station or posted on the basis of deputation. On the basis of your guardian’s transfer. Also, they conduct personal interview after reviewing yourlast class’s score card.
