To do MS in Abroad being a B.Tech first year student, you have to complete your Bachelor's degree course from a Government recognised university and you need to appear in TOEFL/ IELTS examinations.

TOEFL/ IELTS examinations score is mandatory to apply for admission to MS course in Abroad Universities. If you wish to pursue your MS course in US universities then, you need to have a valid GRE score along with TOEFL/ IELTS examinations score.

Once, you have TOEFL/ IELTS and GRE examinations score, you can apply for admission to MS course in Abroad Universities. After applying for admission, the university will review your application and issue admission letter, after that, you can apply for Visa and if it is approved, you can go to Abroad for pursuing MS course.
