You can join the OTA Officers Training Academy after completing your graduation. If you are in the 12th class ( Commerce), then i suggest you to complete your graduation first. After completing your graduation you can apply for the Officers Training Academy.

There are following eligibility for the OTA ( officers Training Academy).

^ You should have a graduation from recognized university in any stream.

^ Your age should be between 19 to 25 years.

^ you should be physicaaly and medically fit. And not suffer from any diseases.

You can join the OTA through the CDS ( Combined Defense Service) Exam. So, firs complete your graduation.

You are not eligible after 12th. To apply for the Officer Training Academy, you will have to complete your Graduation first.

OTA ELIGIBILITY:

^ You should have a graduation degree.
^ Your age limit should be between 20 to 25 years.
^ You should have no criminal records.

You can not join OTA (Officer Training Academy) after completing your 10+2. To join OTA you have to be appear in Combined Defense Services exam first and than you are eligible to join OTA.
And to appear in CDS exam candidate must have a qualification of graduation from any college recognized by respective University.
The maximum age to apply for the OTA is 25 years. There is not any age relaxation for any type of category. So after 25 years age you are not eligible for the OTA.
Selected persons will under go for a 11 months training in Chennai.
So do your graduation first to join OTA.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for CDS examination conducted by UPSC. The examination is conducted for recruitment in defence service.

The eligibility to appear for OTA is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline and age limit to appear for examination is 19-25 years.

The examination is conducted in two stages and candidates have to qualify in both written and SSB for final selection. For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.

For recruitment in OTA candidates have to appear and qualify in CDS examination conducted by UPSC.

Hello,

Yes, all the girls are eligible to apply to become an officer in the Indian army after graduation. There are different entries through which you can get into the Army

1. Short Service Commission (Technical) Wome
2. Graduate Non UPSC
3. NCC (SPL) Entry Women
4. Short Service Commission Non Technical Women

If you’re a law student you can apply for JAG entry with min. 55%
