How can I register for CA in Kashmir with 47% in Graduation?
Hi, myself from Kashmir very passionate about doing Chartered Accountancy course. I have already done my graduation with 47% marks. Now I want to become CA. On basis of 47% marks can I enter into CA academy? Or, what is the admission criteria and registration procedure? Where is the CA institute in Kashmir?

As per the guidelines issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The candidates who have scored more than 55% marks in their Graduation or Post graduation in Commerce stream are eligible to get direct admission in Intermediate course. But as you have scored less than that you would need to contact the office directly to get the details to get admission in foundation course.

The full form of CA is Chartered Accountancy. This course has three stages:
Common Proficiency Test. Integrated Professional Competence course. Final course. 1. If a candidate has 55% marks or more in bachelor's degree then he can apply for IPCC stage directly. 2. Since you have less than required percentage of marks, you must apply for CPT examination. CPT is conducted twice every year by ICAI. |
