How can the students of diploma apply to join in IIT?..please tell me the proceure for it

If you have completed diploma with 60% marks or equivalent from some govt. polytechnic
college or other recognized institutions then academically you are definitely eligible for
this exam.
You should check the age criteria and year of passing the 12th (diploma in your case) criteria
for checking your eligibility for the exam.

The eligibility criteria is seriously not an issue.
The main issue is that, the syllabus of the entrance exam is designed on the basis
of standard 10+2 syllabus and so it becomes difficult for diploma holders to crack the
entrance exam because they don't study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the
same pattern as 10+2 students do.
This problem stays and it has got no solution.
There is no special entrance exam for diploma holders.
If you want to go in an IIT, you have only one choice left; Give your best to prepare
for IIT-JEE from the 10+2 std. syllabus.
You would require a very intelligent guidance and huge hard work for that.
Hard work you can do but for good guidance you might require a good coaching class.

The candidates having completed 12th or Diploma in technical course having 60% marks are eligible to apply for IIT(Indian Institute of Technology) exam.

But the matter is how to coup with the syllabus of IIT JEE as it purely based of 10+2 courses which a Diploma holder don't study in the same way as in 10+2 pattern. As there is no separate special entrance for Diploma holder it will be harder for him to prepare IIT JEE after Diploma but if you can prepare for this as per the syllabus then you can dare to appear for IIT JEE. Everything is possible provided you have a strong will and affinity towards achieving you goal so march ahed and do hard work to crack IIT JEE. Best of Luck.

Procedure for filling application form is both in online and offline mode.
Online:-Students csn go through official website of IIT JEE. Once you fillled in the details, you can take a print of the form and send it to the concerned address aloingside the challan. The fees can b e paid at any branch of the bsnk.
Offline:-Applicants can purchase the admission form from any of the Union bank branches. The price of the form is Rs.500/- for reserved category students.(SC ST OBC). For other categories Rs.1000/-.
*Applicatin form issuing date:mid of November,2011
*Last date for the reception of Application froms(post):mid of December,2011
*Last date for the reception of Appllication froms (at IIT's by hand): last week of December,2011
*Joint entrance exam will be performed on:April 2nd week,2012
*The result of the exam announced: mid week of May,2012

To get admission in IIT for B.tech course you have to crack IIT-JEE entrance exam..

Eligibility for IIT-JEE exam:-

1.Candidate has to complete the 12th in physics, chemistry and maths or its equivalent course from a recognized central/state education board.

2.Age should not be more than 25 years..

3.Candidate must be a citizen of India.

As you have done diploma course then you can apply for IIT-JEE exam..

But you have to take admission in the very first year of B.tech course, you will not be able to get admission direct 2 year..
