Since your question is not very clear to me, I don't know how close I could get to it.

• If you want to cancel the application form because of a mistake committed while filling up the application form, you can correct it now through the official website of AIEEE.
  
• If the mistake has been made while filling up the confirmation page, you can always reprint your confirmation page and send it again to CBSE. The provision for reprint of confirmation page is also available on the official website of AIEEE.
  
• In case you are not interested in the examination any more and want to cancel the registration to get your money back, I don't think its possible. Once you have submitted the examination fee, you can not ask the board to pay you back.
