I recieved my admit card for i.b.execuitive which held on this july,but in my admit card my surname is not written in my & my father name so when examination held,what can i do please suggest,i written full name or written like in admit card ?

My Name is incorrect in my admission and all documents as admit card, I Card etc.(Punjab Technical University First semester MBA-2010(Exam held in March 2011)
