As far as you are concerned about the admission procedure then it is mentioned below :-

Students required to purchases Student Handbook and Prospectus from the IGNOU Regional Centre, B-1/33, Sector H, Aliganj, Lucknow-226024 (OR) from the nearest Study Centre of IGNOU whose addresses are given below on payment of Rs.200/- in cash at the sale counter or by sending demand draft (DD) of Rs.250/- in favour of IGNOU payable at Lucknow by post. It can be downloaded from the university website www.ignou.ac.i and submitted along with a DD of Rs.200/- addition to Programme Fee.
