i am came the 12th class art stream and i want to do mass communication will you tell me about this course if i could do this course then please tell me now

Journalism is the most responsible career your interest in it is really appreciable.Its more important than theoretical knowledge.

If you have really interest in the journalism course,then after completion of your 10+2 you can go for B.A course.

B.A course is one of the graduation course.The duration this course is 3 years.

To become a journalist its not necessary to become a graduate.

you have the right skills and knowledge then you can fulfill your dream of becoming a journalist.
of course you must have academic excellence.
Some of the news rooms ask for practical skills rather than the academic performance since in journalism its all about how you do the work practically.
It depends upon editors on what basis they want hire.

So after completion of your 10+2 you have to take the B.A(Honors)/you have to do graduation in mass communication and journalism from any recognized university.

For there type of courses you have to complete 12th with atleast 55%marks,
So if you have 55%marks in your 12th standard then you are eligible for there courses.

Delhi University offers grad level course in journalism... to understand this profession and to get entry into his course u can read a book which will help freshers. (How to Become a Good Journalist by Raza Elahi; Publisher: Atlantic Publication)

All those students who wish to enter journalism/mass comm field should read this excellent book written for them: "Nuances of Journalistic Writings" (by Raza Elahi, a sr journalist). It has example-based approach. It has got good reviews for quality of contents from senior journalists and faculty members as well as news portals.
