Sir I am a student if ECE 2nd semester I want to do summer intenship in your company.

For summer internship you have to apply in different companies then they will shortlist candidates according to their criteria.
After that each candidate have to give interview and if you clear the interview you will get a chance to do internship from that company.

Some of those companies will also provide some stipend during internship period.
