Hi, well if you want to complete B.Com with least expenses, join any government colleges, they charge very less amount. You wont get any college less costly than a govt. college.

first of all i want to ask you what do u mean by the "less investment"..
By the way the Distance Education mode is the cheapest and best mode...
And even you can do job while studying...

you have not mention how much mark you have scored in +2 exam if you have got 1st division then you can get admission in good colleges .For admission you have to fill up b.com 1st year form from respective college according to your mark you will get admission in college through counseling . in these process you will not invest much money only admission fee.

it has minimum amount of fees and you will be able to do b.com sitting at home or even you may do a part time job
