There is procedure for getting duplicate marksheet.

1:— Firstly you will have to go to university or state board office from which you have cleared your HSC

2:— You should have your Xerox copy of marksheet for reference and seat number of examination.

3:— you will have to write an application to the university or state board that you require your marksheet which has been lost.before that ensure you have filed a complain of lost MARKSHEET in nearby police station.

4:— just attached the FIR COPY of police station along with application and Xerox copy.of result and submit to board office .They might charge you some fees for this duplicate results.

But what if you don't have your result Xerox copy or seat number.

Then first you will have to make application for getting your seat number and Marksheet number from the board office then after getting that details make application by writing all the necessary details like seat number and Marksheet number and submit.

1. Those HSC students who could not collect their HSC Board Marksheets and Leaving Certificates on 31/07/2020 due to some valid reasons can collect the same from the College Telephone Operator from Tuesday,25 August to Saturday, 29 August 2020 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

2. They should bring along their college ID and HSC Hall ticket for the same. In case, parents/guardians/close relatives/friends are collecting the Marksheets and Leaving Certificates, they must carry authority letter signed by the student and picture of HSC Hall ticket and College ID of the student for the same.

3. They also have to sign the list kept with the Telephone Operator.

Losing important documents like your HSC marksheet and hall ticket can be stressful. However, there are steps you can take to obtain a duplicate copy of your HSC marksheet and hall ticket. Here's what you can do:

1. Contact the School/Board: Reach out to your school or the board (such as the state board or examination authority) responsible for conducting the HSC exams. Inform them about the loss of your marksheet and hall ticket. They will guide you on the specific process and requirements for obtaining duplicate copies.

2. File a Police Complaint: In some cases, you may be required to file a police complaint regarding the lost documents. This is typically done to ensure the authenticity and prevent misuse of the documents. Visit the nearest police station to file a complaint and obtain a copy of the complaint for future reference.

3. Gather Required Documents: Prepare the necessary documents for the duplicate marksheet and hall ticket application. This may include a copy of the police complaint, a copy of your identity proof (such as Aadhaar card or passport), and any other documents specified by the school or board.

4. Visit the School/Board: Visit your school or the board's office in person with the required documents. Explain your situation and submit the necessary documents as per their instructions. They will provide you with the application form and guide you through the process.

5. Pay the Required Fees: There may be a fee associated with obtaining duplicate marksheet and hall ticket. Pay the prescribed fees, if applicable, as instructed by the school or board. Keep the payment receipt for future reference.

6. Follow-up and Collection: After submitting the application, follow-up with the school or board regarding the status of your request. They will inform you about the timeline for issuing the duplicate marksheet and hall ticket. Visit the school or board office again to collect the duplicate copies once they are ready.

It's important to note that the specific process and requirements for obtaining duplicate marksheet and hall ticket may vary depending on the educational board and state regulations.
