In order to get into the technical branch of Indian Air Force, you will have to qualify Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) conducted by Air Force Selection Board. The test is conducted two times a year and the notification for the same is published in the month of June and December every year.

Having done your B.tech program in Electronics, you will be considered eligible for Air Force Common Admission Test (Technical Branch) provided you have obtained a minimum of 60% in aggregate in the qualifying examination. As far as age limit is concerned, the minimum eligible age for the technical branch is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 28 years.

For further information, refer to the official website of Indian Air Force.
