As you have 60% marks, you are eligible to apply for PSU like SAIL, BHEL, etc. Selection to the position of Graduate Engineer in these firms is done through GATE. Also you can join engineering services by qualifying IES exam. Specialist Officer Job position is also suitable for you. You are also eligible to join TCS and Wipro.

Hi

B.Tech EEE is the Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This is one of the oldest and most evergreen branches of this course. So a lot of demand prevails for this course and you will never find it short of work or jobs.

Talking of the Scope that this course has, I would say since you have been able to score just 60% or above, you have been saved from the Eligibility unsatisfactory criteria. I am telling this because there are colleges, companies who ask for a MINIMUM 60% in graduation. This is the benchmark above which you can surely be eligible for any of the companies or college to further pursue your post graduation.

For example if you want to get a private job, then the IT Companies are always open up for you. Some of them namely TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc and many more..Also if you want to take up jobs in PSU like NTPC, BHEL, ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, etc then you have to sit for the GATE - Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and then based on your result and performance in it you would be called for selection in the companies.
Also the Bank PO Jobs are open for you like IBPS, SBI PO, Indian Railways, Postal jobs etc. So you can try for any of them..

Answering on how to get a job, I would say you should work on your technical skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, etc so that you can impress the interviewers during the placement process.
