i'm working as a .net programmer.. i want to get a job in bank. i would like to write ibps common exam for bank jobs. pls anyone guide me for this.. give me some materials for preparing.. tel me about the jobs. how wil i get job in banks if i clear the exam.. what wil be salary?? and other necessary details..

Hi,
The IBPS Exam is like an entrance exam in which you will get a score.
Individual Banks will then call for cut off' in Mark Range for respective posts.
Think of this as analogous to CAT Exam and you applying to various MBA Colleges for admissions.
