IBPS conducts CWE(commen written exam)for 19 nationalized banks. After qualifying this exam, IBPS give a score card. After that you can apply for different banks.

Paper will be objective which consist of Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) and Computer Knowledge.

Another paper will be descriptive which consits English Composition (Essay, Precis, Letter Writing etc.).
