HSC pass is not enough to apply for the position of IPS Officer. Graduation is the basic qualification required. Selection process is made through prelims, mains, and interview. Applications for attending the selection test must be submitted online through the web portal of UPSC. Age of the applicant must be between 21 and 30 years.
