you can not join navy after 10+2 with medical stream.
if you want to join you can join after graduation
or apply fo AFMC then you can join navy

If you want better future in Indian Navy then you should apply for this after your graduation. Or the best way is first clear the entrance exam of AFMC, and join Navy.

There's a great future in Indian Navy. You can even get good packages over there.
