you should have to complete the entrance exam of board conducted by CBI.

For this you have to clear civil service exam and then choose IPS cadre.

there is not single post in IB.there are many post in various groups .

the minimum eligibility for maximum post is graduate .
and age should nt be more then 27 years .

for some officer post there is written test also .

Group 'C':: post

Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II (equivalent to Sub-inspector)
Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-I (equivalent to Assistant Sub-inspector)
Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-II (equivalent to Head Constable)
Security Assistant executive (Constable)

Group 'C' POST ELIGIBILITY::

graduate from recognized college
age should be between 21 to 25 years
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years
for OBC

Eligibility is:-
For Assistant PP, LL.B.(Law) with
5 of years experience is the
minimum qualification. For Deputy SP, graduation and
for Senior Public Prosecutor,
being a Law graduate with 10

It has been a good thought of working in an intelligence i appreciate for that and the required eligibility and educational qualifications for it is:

Age limits:

Age should be 18 to 27 years as on the last date of the receipt of application.

Age relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST,3 years for OBC candidates.Departmental candidates and Ex-servicemen have age relaxation as per the instructions issued by the Central Government.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Science with one of the subjects as
Physics/Maths/Computer Science from a recognized university

Diploma in Radio Engineering or Degree in Tele-Communication Engineering.

Candidates must be Matriculation passed or equivalent.

Possession of valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle of Motor Cycle.

one can visit the the ministry of home affairs ,india site and click the vacancy tab , inorder to check out the vacancies in the departments under it.

You can join the intelligence bureau (IB) by applying the form online for the entrance exam now there are total 750 vacancies are there.

The age of the candidate should not be more than 27 years.
The Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University or equivalent and desirable qualification is Knowledge of computer.

Selection procedure: There will be a written examination consisting of objective type (multiple choice questions) on general awareness, general knowledge, English language, reasoning and mathematical aptitude and also a descriptive type examination. Those candidates who qualify the written exam will be call for interview.

How to apply: the applications can be sent only through On-Line no any other mode will be accepted.

U can crack the paper of intelligence bureau. it’s easy u can refer R S Aggarwal for objective type questions & in descriptive u have to write an essay or some precise writing which is easy.
