B.E.,(EEE) how to join raw?
when i apply?

RAW stands for Research and Analysis Wing. This is the foreign intelligence agency of India. There is no direct test conducted for recruitment into RAW. Experienced officers from Indian Police Services, Intelligence Bureau after certain years of job get chance for recruitment.

They also need to crack NATI called National Aptitude Test in Intelligence for final recruitment.

So, you must join Indian Police Service or Defence service or Intelligence bureau so as to join RAW in future.
