Hello dear aspirant , its really good that you want to join Research and Analysis Wing which is the Indian Secretive Department which works under the vision of Prime Minister's Office.

But I am sorry to say that previously RAW was recruiting from the students who were capable of clearing UPSC Examinations but now there is no direct method of recruitment in RAW. The RAW now recruits on their own there is no specific examination or department from which the RAW picks up their men. The RAW nowadays recruits men from other government organisations who works exceptionally well and stand out from the others. so if you really want to join RAW then you will have to join some other Government organisation and work really well to prove yourself, then you might be called by RAW.

The RAW do not give any direct recruitment notice; They select candidates either from any other department or any other recruitment process.,
>> Generally RAW ( Research and Analysis Wing ) does not recruit candidates directly; They recruit candidates from other government departments in India ( Armed forces, Intelligence Agencies, Police Services, Administrative Services etc. ) . Most of the personnel are from IB ( Intelligence Bureau )
Eligibility criteria:
You must be graduate from valid university
Your age should be 20 to 27 years
Age relaxation as per government norms:
SC/ST + 5 years
OBC + 3 years
PH + 10 years
You must be Indian.
If you do good work in this service you can get promotion and you can be transferred in raw agency.
