You score very low rank in Jharkhand-P.M.T.
You not get admissions in top medical college.
If you want to take admission in top college you can try next time and score good rank and
after that you can get admissions in top college.

total no of seats in jharkhand=200
for obc the number of reserved seats=54
your chances are very low ,near to impossible.
