Hi, I have completed B.Com (honors) with 73%. In which papers I can get exemption for Company Secretary course? From, which all stages and papers would I get exemption? Would I have to pay the fees for all papers in which I get exemption?

CS course consist of three stages
1]foundation
2]Executive
3]Professional

you can exempt foundation stage if you are Graduate or Passed CPT of ICAI or Foundation course of ICAI-CMA.

Fees Structure for Executive stage while exempting foundation stage is around
12500 rs

whereas regular student which passed foundation stage as to pay 8500 rs for
Executive stage.
