how many ranks will
get admissions in nit's college in aieee from sc quota? I just need info about the SC category

IF I GAVE TEST FROM WEST BENGAL AND HAVE BEEN LIVIVG HERE SINCE MY CHILDHOOD BUT MY PARENTS ARE FROM UTTAR PRADESH AND I HAVE OBC CERTIFICATE OF THE NATIVE STATE OF MY PARENTS.THEN WILL IBE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION IN WEST BENGAL UNDER OBC QUOTA IN NIT DURGAPUR?

yes there is chance to get nit srinagar

my state rank is overall4118,catagory168 can i get admission in to nit trichy under state quota

for pg admission you need to below 2000 rank to get into NIT's under sc category

My friend that depend on the NIT and the BRANCH.
but if you got under 185000 (AIR) then you must have secured your seat in any NIT with a good branch provided you have to wait for the spot counsilling;

as you are interested in the admission procedure for the sc category only , here i am providing the information about the ranks required for the sc category candidate to get admission in the nit's.

see different branches of the engineering colleges have different cutoffs .
like some of the top ranked nit's like nit , warangal ; nit , trichy ; nit , surathkal ; nit , allahabad ; nit , nagpur require more all india rank in the aieee exam to get admission .

generally these above mentioned nit's closes of about 1.2 to 1.5 lakhs ( rank ) for sc category candidate.
if you score the rank of about 50k then you will get admission for any branch in the above mentioned nit's.
