There is no restriction on the number of attempts to apply for MPSC examination. You can apply for MPSC examination till you reach the maximum age limit required to appear in MPSC examination. The age criteria required to apply for MPSC examination is 19 to 33 years. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules. You should have passed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a Government recognised university to be eligible to appear in MPSC examination.

MPSC has not stated any number of attempts or limits to appear for MPSC Exam.

So, the candidate can appear for MPSC Exam if his age is satisfying the age criteria set by MPSC.

To appear for MPSC exam,
  • Age of the candidate must be at least 19 years and not higher than 33 years.
  • 5 years of relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC), state/national level sports player, defence services candidates.
  • Disabled candidates can apply for MPSC Exam upto the age of 45 years.

There is no limit on the number of attempts in the MPSC.

However there is a age limit.

The maximum age for :

General candidates is 32 years.
Reserved Categories : 32+5 = 37 years.

You can give the MPSC any number of times under this age.
