Hai, I am prashanthi, I did MCA. I think i can do phd directly (with out doing MTech and then phd).So please kindly provide information regarding phd indetail.

1. After completion of your MCA, you can do phd (with out doing MTech and then phd).from many institutions like Delhi University, Jamia Milia Islamia, etc.

2. Eligibility for some college like IIT Delhi is : MCA with a valid GATE score in CS/IT/ECE and so on.
