How may I get admission in MBBS or BDS in HP university? I'm a resident of Himachal pradesh

I am not a resident of Himachal pradesh. May I got admission in MBBS/BDS in HP University

In order to be eligible for the Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Entrance Test for admission to MBBS & BDS Courses in Himachal Pradesh, candidate must have passed the +2 level of exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks [40% marks for SC/ST/OBC]. Students awaiting results of the +2 level of exam are also eligible to appear for the test. Candidate must have attained the age of 17 years and must not have completed 25 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission. Candates who are the children of - Bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh or employees of Himachal Pradesh Government are eligible for the State quota seats.
