"According to My Experience for getting Govt seat in MBBS you need to score high marks,
the MBBS ranking is depends on biology subject CET score, i.e. minimum 45/60 and meanwhile you have to score Physics, Chemistry more than 40/60 marks.

Again MBBS ranking depends on competitive year, Every year the Ranking may Varied for the same marks.

do handwork, concentrate on Biology subject mainly drawings & process"
