It does not matters how much you have scored in your Higher Secondary examination, if you have qualified the exam, you are eligible to enroll for the company secretary course.
The company secretary course comprise of the following stages and being an undergraduate, you will have to start right from the beginning.

• Foundation Program
• Executive Program
• Professional Program
• Management Training

Now, if you have qualified the higher secondary level of examination, you may apply for admission which is open throughout the year. In order to take admission, you will have to contact your nearest ICSI Regional Council. ICSI stands for Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is the regulating body which conducts the company secretary course. The Institute basically offers the course through correspondence but candidates may also opt for regular classes at the institutes accredited study centers.
