I am sure you will get good opportunity. Every company wants good peoples & they will pay as per your terms & condition but firstly you want to prove yourself as a sucessful person in respective field.Peoples are getting 5000 or 6000 per month after P.G. in small groups and it is almost impossible to get entry in a good (licensed)company.
