sir i wnt to know how to prepare for the campus placement or what qualities we must have to select in campus?
plz provide me all the information ....

you go through the companies placement paper in which you are going.
also you have some knowledge of that company.
your body language,communication skills,confidence and attitude matters during selection.
you should have technical knowledge.

for campus placements u must have strong analytical, logical and verbal skills

if you are going towards it sectors then first collect knowledge of C programing & data structure.
then for the aptitude test & technical interview which are common for each & every companies.

for a good campus placement you should have certain prerequisites.first maintain a good and uniform score in your semesters.secondly prepare well the arithmetic,english and reasoning parts.third go through the company home page before appearing for an interview and finally be confident while giving answers.

For preparing campus placement you have to improve your communication skill and for clearing written exam before interview you have to do command on reasoning and quantitative questions.

Always remember you should first get all knowledge about the company like infrastructure of the company, processes, position in market , growth factors in the company etc. Always try to speak in English, as now English is a only way to communicate.

Always remember whatever you say about yourself should be correct because if you provide any wrong information & you could not prove your self, definitely it will not help you. Whatever you say, speak with confidence but not over confidence.
In interview the first question raised is- Explain yourself ? So, its better if you prepare this answer in front of mirror to enhance your confidence level.
What ever course you did, should be in your memories. As any process related technical question will be raised.

i donot have a 60% in my 12 wat should i do ?

i got 75% in 10 and 58% in 12 and i am currently pursunig BE from information technology branch and currently my aggregate is 67% and i have no any backlock in my all BE. please give a information in which company i can sit for exam.because my 12% is less than 60
