Hi,
a single undergraduate degree is enough for UPSC examinations for details visit the site http://www.upsc.gov.in/general three levels for the exams wil be conducted 1) preliminary exam 2)main exam 3)final interview age limit is 21-30 and for obc candidates 3 years relaxation and for sc/st 5 years relaxation. good luck |
