Hi,

a single undergraduate degree is enough for UPSC examinations

for details visit the site http://www.upsc.gov.in/general
three levels for the exams wil be conducted
1) preliminary exam
2)main exam
3)final interview

age limit is 21-30 and for obc candidates 3 years relaxation and for sc/st 5 years relaxation.

good luck
