how to prepare for new pattern of ras exm what i read

I am currently working in tcs from computer engineering background.I want to become a ras officer as soon as possible .I am thinkikin to leave my job nad prepare for ras from utkarsh institue jodhpur.kindly suggest me ur views about prepration stategies or best institue.
