i completed my b.tech in ECE.i want to study m.tech in embedded systems.can u give details of PGECET notification?how to prepare for the exam?what are the colleges affiliated?

As PGECET there is another course called GPAT.
I would like to tell you what is PGECET how are these two courses different

-The PGECET is carried out by the Osmania University along with the Andhra Pradesh State Council of higher Education. This exam is held every year in order to select qualified candidates to various post graduation programs. The courses include ME, M.Tech, M.Pharm, M. Arch etc. which are offered by Osmania University all across Andhra University. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field can appear in the PGECET entrance exam. This will ensure an admission in any of the technical colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
-The GPAT entrance exam is carried out by the AICTE for the admission of Master’s and Doctoral programs in pharmacy. Those who have completed bachelors in Pharmacy are eligible for appearing in the GPAT exam. Applicants who have a Masters in Pharmacy can also appear in the GPAT exam as for admission in to PhD programs, scholarships and assistantship.

The dates for applying for PGECET has passed out.These are the notification for PGECET 2011
# Sale of application form : 12/4/2011 to 28/5/2011.
# Last date of submission of application form : 7/5/2011 upto 4 p.m.
with a late fee of Rs. 100/- 15/5/2011 upto 4 pm.
with a late fee of Rs. 300/- 22/5/2011 upto 4 pm.
with a late fee of Rs. 500/- 28/5/2011 upto 4 pm.

PGECET-2010 examinations consists of each paper of 2 hours
duration and carries a maximum of 120 marks.

All the question papers of PGECET-2010 will be fully objective
type.
