If it govt BEd college, they call for application via state psc. otherwise you can apply and appear in interviews in private bed colleges.You should fulfill eligibility criterion. For teaching in BEd colleges you should have MEd and NET in education. State recruitment agency will conduct test and interview for the recruitment.
