The Company Secretary Course is conducted by ICSI in three stages:
Foundation
Executive
Professional

After completing your Bachelors degree and also MBA in Finance you are exempted from doing the Foundation course

So, you get direct admission in the Executive Level of the CS programme
This stage can be completed within minimum 12 months

Fees for this stage is Rs 7750
exam fees is Rs 1800

You need to study 7 subjects during this stage:

>> Economic and Commercial Laws
>> Cost and Management accounting
>> Tax Laws and Practice
>> Company Laws
>> Company Accounts and Auditing Practices
>> Industrial, General and Labour Laws
>> Capital Markets and Securities Law
