The notifications regarding the various UPSC exams will be published. You can apply online for the UPSC exam for which you wish to apply. You can get all the important information’s regarding the UPSC from the official website. You can obtain the application forms and other details from the official site. You can fill the application forms and send it within the specified date to the concerned address.

U.P.S.C Conducted amny exam like:-
> Civil Services
> Indian Medical Services
> Indian Engineering services
> Indian Forestry Services
> Indian Economic Services
> National Defence Academy
> Combined Defence Services

U.P.S.C date of notification.
You can apply both online or offline.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the government body that organizes exams like SCRA,CDS,NDA,Civil Services Exam, IES, IFS and a few more..

For registring yourself to give the upsc exam, you need to wait till the form is released. The form will be out from 2nd february onwards this year. You will have to go to the site of the upsc and you need to register yourself through that form only. then further you can pay the payment of the form In online and offline modes.

There is no prior process to create an ID for UPSC before appearing for exams,apply for exams fill up form and get registered with UPSC for that exams for that year.UPSC does not have any process to keep registered names of students for lifetime,it releases all details of student after the exam is over,it is responsible only for keeping data till the exam or process of selection for candidates is on continue.As UPSC holds many exams from time to time in a year it ask aspirants to fill forms for the concerned exam,that is the start and when the process of selection ends UPSC releases or delete all data,Again when it is suppose to hold any exam it ask to full form again the same process starts till the process is done.One can not remain registered with UPSC full lifetime.
There is no advantage UPSC provides for keeping registered with them lfetime,so there is no need of it.
