Hello Sir/Madam, I am pursuing MBA with Human Resource Management. I am a female candidate and I want to secure job in PSU. I would like to know that how can I secure job in PSU. Kindly let me know immediately.

For PSUs like IOC, ONGC and others , one can keep track of their career page .
Most of them recruit through direct recruitment process .
Apart from cracking exam , experience in relevant field is also required and it also increases the chance of selection.

As far as banks are concerned, all Public sector banks recruit Specialist Officer (SO) in the areas of IT , HR and Marketing.
So one can very well apply for SBI SO or IBPS SO and select HR as your specialist domain.
Many PSUs recruit through top colleges like XlRI, XIMB, IIMs etc
