You need to complete graduation to apply for IAS. Marks obtained in 10th, 12th, or graduation is not a criterion. Your age must be less than 30 years. Within the age limit you can attend the test at most 4 times. Selection is made through prelims exam, mains exam, and interview.

Hello dear ,
It's very wise to plan your future career so early .Congratulations!

To be an IAS following is the process you have to go through ...

1) You should be the citizen of India .

2) You should be a graduate from any faculty . After graduation you will be eligible to appear for the UPSC examination ,which will lead you towards your dream .

3) You should have attained the age of 21 years and should be less than 30 years of age .

4)There is age relaxation of three years for OBC category and five years for SC/ST category .
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
