i have completed my 11th from karnataka board...but now i want to take admission in 12 in bihar board.can i take admission directly in 12th in bihar board on the basis of marks card and tc of 11th of karnataka board.

I am class 12 student of bseb and i have taken admission previous year in allama iqbal college of bihar sharif for which we paid full fee but college is saying that all class student will have to take admission and you will have to pay fee again as you paid in class 11th. Can i know , it is legal or illegal?
