cat is impossible and mat is useless so i want to prepare for xat.But i wanna know that how is xavier institute of management??Is this a good college or not??

I think you have good knowledge about Management entrance exams. Okay now as you decided about XAT, My job is to help you in understanding about Xavier institute of Management.

and also whether that will be fine to do a 2 year MBA course right, so here is my description and review about the college have a concentrated reading in to it.


as you know Xat is one of the best entrance after CAT to get into a a management course.

This test is conducted by Xavier Labor Research Institute(XLRI), Jamshedpur.

and also not only xavier over 60 top business schools accept XAT Score.

This XAT is very valuable for the institutes because for its tough entrance exam and filtering procedure.

There are four Institutes of Xavier they are
->Xavier Institute of Mangement and Research(XIMR),Mumbai.

->Xavier Institute of Management and Research,Mumbai.

->Xavier Institute of Social Service,Ranchi.

->XLRI Jamshedpur school of business and human resources

apart from these xavier schools there are nearly other 50 B-Schools which will accept XAT Score.

all these schools will be in top 100 B-Schools. So I guess every school is equal in its standards.

If you want to do research on the institute which you want to study gather the information from Net and also from various educational magazines and also the reviews various educational counter parts.also in the official websites of Xavier Institutes. All the Xavier institutes are exceptionally well.

but doing MBA in xavier institutes will be a top choice and lucky once to settle soon in your life.

Yes Xavier Institute of Management is a very good college and a well renowned one too. It conducts its own examination for those students who wants to the post graduate programs in management courses. The exam they conduct is known as Xavier Aptitude Test or XAT.

By successfully cracking this exam not only can you study in Xavier Association of Management Institutes but also in other top colleges which accepts XAT Scores. XAT is a paper based aptitude test, followed by a subjective test on essay writing & general awareness.

Eligibility:-

• To give this exam you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. The degree should be a valid one.
