hi.....
Candidates must have done 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as main subjects with minimum 55% aggregate in Mathematics and Physics. (for SC/ ST candidates minimum marks for eligibility are 50%)

Candidates applying for this course must be more than 17 years of age at the time of joining.

and also...

respected sir,
I checked in the website, its mentioned there that the candidates who have passed 10+2 level or an equivalent examination with atleast 55% marks in Physics & Mathematics each and a pass in English. Is it that the aggregate of both subjects should be 55% or a minimum of 55% marks is required in each subject.

there must be at least 55 % marks in both in mathematics and physics, then after you can apply,
but your marks is not like that,

I qualified igrua written exam but my I'm not able to fulfill minimum class 12 marks requirement. But because I've qualified igrua written exam so I've been called for interview. Now will I be able to get through interview and get through igrua even if I'm getting overall just 50% in 12th instead of cut off 55%?
